Please read these rules carefully before making an order. Keep a copy of these rules and your order for later.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

• We, us, and our refer to Jehazee.com (registered in Kuwait).

• You and your mean the person buying stuff from us.

• Contract means the deal between you and us for buying stuff.

• Stuff means things or services you buy from us.

• Customer means any regular person who isn't buying for business.

• Website means our site at www. Jehazee.com

• If you're buying stuff for a business, these rules don't apply. Different rules for businesses will be used.

• these terms and conditions do not apply and

• our business terms and conditions shall apply to your order and any resulting contract between you and us.
   

Terms of the contract
 

If you're buying stuff as a regular person, these rules are for your order and the deal between us. We can change these rules anytime. New rules will affect orders after we update the rules on our site. Old orders won't be affected. We've tried to make sure our website and these rules match. But if they don't, these rules are more important. When the deal starts, it's official only when we say we've accepted your order and given you the stuff.
 

We are not obliged to accept your order.
 

We don't have to accept your order. We might cancel if we can't give you the stuff.
 

Description and price of the goods
 

We really try to make sure stuff and prices on our site are correct when you order.

The price you pay is on the checkout page when you order. You pay that to us.

If we show the wrong price and catch it before taking your order, we don't have to sell at that price. We try to keep prices right, but mistakes can happen. If we say stuff costs wrong and you paid, you can get your money back. Sometimes, we might have to raise a price even after you ordered. If we do, you can cancel.
 

Delivery
 

We will deliver the goods that are placed for order at the delivery address provided during the order registration process by you.
 

Faulty goods
 

The term faulty goods refer to any goods we supply to you that do not meet the contract. We do not cover goods in the event that they are faulty due to fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use other than according to their intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer's or our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our or the manufacturer's prior approval.

In the event that you find faulty goods delivered, please notify us as soon as possible.
 

Returning goods

 

If you need to return goods for any reason (like cancelling under Distance Selling Regulations or because they're faulty), make sure you pack them well and put our address on. If you send them and they get damaged because you didn't pack them right, that's your responsibility. If you arrange your own shipping (instead of using our courier), you're responsible for any damage or loss while they're being shipped.
 

Unavoidable Circumstances
 

If and to the extent that any failure or delay in performing our obligations under the contract is caused by circumstances beyond our control, we will not be liable.
 

Liability Limitation
 

You will not be liable to us for any loss or damage:

• the employees or agents of our company have not breached any legal duties owed to you.

• we are not reasonably foreseeable of such loss or damage when we accept your order.

• any increase in loss or damage caused by a breach of the contract by you.

The maximum liability we have to you under the contract shall be twice the value of the goods ordered by you.

These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
